Delete Account

🗑️ 1. What information will be deleted?

When your account deletion request is processed, the following information will be permanently removed:

• Personal Profile: Your name, email address, and profile picture association.
• Learning Progress: All your quiz history, scores, and completed modules.
• Accuracy Stats: Your lifetime accuracy metrics, streaks, and subject-wise performance.
• Device Association: The link between your Google account and your usage of the App.

⚡ 2. How to initiate deletion?

You can initiate the deletion of your account and data in two ways:

• Via App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the Android app.
• Via Website: Fill out the request form below with the email address linked to your account.

Once you submit a request, our team will verify the account ownership. After verification:

• Immediate Effect: You will no longer be able to log in to the App using that account.
• Data Removal: All records will be wiped from our Firebase Firestore database within 30 days.
• Confirmation: You will receive a final email confirmation once the process is 100% complete.
